We were delighted to welcome Mr Ashford MHK to school yesterday. Mr Ashford talked to us about how it is 150 years since the first popular election of the House of Keys when members of the public were allowed to vote for who they wanted. Our children were delighted to receive commemorative coins marking this occasion and members of the school council enjoyed receiving these during the assembly.
