Our school choir joined forces with 24 other choirs this Wednesday and performed in an exciting concert, entitled: ‘The Sound of Stories’.
This wonderful programme, written by Katie Lawrence, a teacher from Ballacottier School, celebrates many exciting stories and included hits such as: ‘Pure Imagination’, ‘You’ve got a friend in me’, ‘Somewhere out there’, ‘Consider yourself’, and many more.
Our children had prepared really thoroughly for this concert, attending rehearsals before school and during lunch breaks and their singing and general presentation was of such a high quality and they represented the school as real ambassadors.
Congratulations also to Mrs Garrett for her magnificent work in leading the children so well.
