Dear Parents,
CYB eSquad are excited to launch a new app at Cronk y Berry.
Whether you’re a mum, dad, carer, auntie, uncle, granny, grandpa or even an auntie- who’s-not-really-an-auntie-but-you’re-mum’s-best-friend-so-we-call-you-auntie- anyway, it’s important for you to understand what children are doing online, so you can help make them safer. It is full of top tips, guides to settings, you tube tutorials and lots more.
We are delighted to invite you to download our new, free App: Safer Schools

About the App
The App is designed to support and protect children by educating and empowering them both at school and at home. We have staff, parent and pupil access codes to ensure the information we get is suitable to our role in protecting all of the children in the online world.
Excited? Ready to make your children safer? Download the ‘Safer Schools’ app now!
We will be launching this with the children on the 1st July. We have a pupil code so we can read things for our own age and make sure we are safe when we go on the internet and use apps. This can be used at home too. If you’d like to download it on their devices, it is the same app.The pupil code is 9342
We would like as many parents and pupils to use this fantastic safety resources as possible. The team behind this app is lead by Chief Executive Jim Gamble, the former and founding head of Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP) and current Independent Chair of a number of safeguarding children boards in the UK.
